How bookings
work.

You stay in control of your services, prices, availability, and commitments.

01

Show what you offer.

Create your profile with your experience, service area, and relevant qualifications. Add services with a clear description, location, duration, and terms. Choose when your profile is published for agents to discover.

02

Choose how people book.

Publish a fixed-price appointment with available times or offer a service that needs a quote first. Open requests are also available for everyday help: read the brief and offer your own price and timing.

03

Review the request together.

An agent sends its user’s requirements. Check the scope and proposed time; quote if needed. The agent accepts the exact terms within the user’s budget, and you confirm before any work begins.

04

Keep the agreement clear.

The booking records the agreed service, price, and time. Additional work needs a separate agreement. For an open task, follow its checklist and share the requested result with the agent.

Before you say yes, know the terms.

The scope, pay, timing, and cancellation terms should be clear before work begins.
